Relationship Therapy

Struggling in Your Relationships? You're Not Alone.

Whether it’s with a partner, a parent, a friend, or even yourself—relationships can be a source of both comfort and conflict. You may find yourself repeating painful patterns, feeling misunderstood, or wondering why connection feels so difficult. If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed in your relationships, therapy can help.

Build Stronger, Healthier Connections

At Clinic for Healing and Change, we help individuals and couples explore the root causes of relationship struggles and develop the tools to communicate, connect, and grow with more intention and ease. Whether you’re navigating romantic challenges, family conflict, or self-relationship issues like low self-worth or boundary-setting, we offer a supportive space to heal and build more fulfilling relationships.

Our Approach to Relationship Therapy

No two relationships are the same—so we don’t use a one-size-fits-all model. We take the time to understand your relational history, current challenges, and personal goals. Therapy is tailored to help you uncover the patterns that hold you back and learn new ways to connect with yourself and others.

Healing relationship patterns takes time—and we honor the courage it takes to look inward and grow. Our therapists use a thoughtful, personalized blend of approaches to help you explore past dynamics, improve communication, and build stronger, more authentic connections.

Our work together may include:

Attachment and Emotionally-Focused Therapy

Relationships are deeply shaped by attachment styles. We help you explore how early experiences influence the way you connect with others today—while guiding you to build deeper emotional safety, trust, and responsiveness in your current relationships.

Relational and Trauma-Informed Therapy

Relational challenges often stem from unresolved pain or patterns. We create a supportive space to uncover these dynamics gently and without blame, helping you develop insight and tools to shift how you relate to yourself and others.

Communication and Boundary Work

Healthy relationships thrive on clear communication and mutual respect. We help you build the skills to express your needs, listen with empathy, and set boundaries that honor your values and emotional wellbeing.

Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Practices

Relationship healing starts within. Mindfulness and self-compassion practices help you tune into your own emotional experience, reduce reactivity, and develop a kinder, more grounded relationship with yourself—setting the foundation for more connected relationships with others.
