I have come to recognize and accept that pain is a part of life. Things don’t always go according to plan, life is not always fair; sometimes, people we love hurt us, change, and endings are certainties in life. Someone once said, “Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional.”
I view my role as a therapist to walk with you through life’s unavoidable difficult times. Accepting what we can’t change and changing what we have control over frees us to fully embrace the joy life has to offer. Identifying our values allows us to build a life of meaning and purpose.
My background as a nurse influences my holistic approach to mental health. Attention to our physical and spiritual needs and nurturing healthy social connections all impact our emotional
well-being. These elements are important to consider whether you are suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues.
It would be my privilege to accompany you on part of this journey.

NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS
My passion for helping others began at a young age after losing a close friend to addiction. That experience ignited a lifelong curiosity about human behavior—how we think, feel, cope, and connect. In my work as a therapist, I strive to show up as a real human being, meeting you with compassion and authenticity as you navigate your own path toward healing and self-understanding.
Like many, I’ve wrestled with anxiety and perfectionism, and I’ve experienced the profound impact that therapy—and other healing modalities like ketamine and psilocybin journeys—can have. It’s been a privilege to witness the resilience of my clients as they grow, change, and move through life’s hardest moments toward something more whole and empowered.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply need support, I’m here to help.
My approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from DBT, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Gottman Method for couples, weaving these tools into an approach that feels true to who I am as a person and a therapist. I look forward to offering a supportive space where you can feel safe, seen, and capable of facing whatever life brings.
NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS
I’ve always been naturally curious—about people, relationships, emotions, and what supports healing and growth. That curiosity, along with the profound impact therapy has had on my own life, is what drew me to this work. I know firsthand how powerful it can be to feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful change.
My hope is to help people get better at feeling—really feeling—so they can honor the full range of the human experience, get to know all parts of themselves, and live with greater authenticity and aliveness. I bring a trauma-informed lens to my work and strive to create a safe space where every part of you is welcome.
My approach to therapy is deeply integrative and rooted in both professional training and personal experience. I draw from modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, self-compassion practices, and the Gottman Method for couples—but more than anything, I focus on what truly resonates for each person I work with. I’ve come to trust the deep wisdom of the mind-body connection and the many forms that healing can take—emotional, relational, somatic, and beyond. For some, that journey includes ketamine-assisted therapy, which I offer as a powerful tool to access insight, release, and transformation when traditional talk therapy alone doesn’t quite reach the depth they’re seeking.
At the core of my work is a deep belief in the resilience and wisdom we each carry within us. Reaching out for help can feel vulnerable, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk with you as you move toward greater connection, clarity, and a more meaningful life.
