My professional journey began with several years of dedicated service to at-risk youth as a motivational speaker. With a strong foundation in dance and the performing arts, I bring a unique blend of creativity and empathy to my therapeutic practice.
In my therapeutic approach, I integrate various modalities such as mindfulness practices, movement, dance, drama, and music, as well as psychotherapy. Drawing from an eclectic perspective, I incorporate elements of CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, narrative therapy, drama therapy, attachment therapy, expressive arts therapy, and client-centered therapy, I tailor my approach to suit the individual needs of each client.
