I employ a combination of short-term CBT and solution-focused techniques to help with grounding and stabilization, combined with longer-term narrative and trauma-informed practices to help uncover patterns in communication and experience. Ever since I can remember, I have always been a listening ear for those around me, and over time, I learned that my greatest skill set is being able to connect.
