Depression Treatment

Feeling Numb, Stuck, or Drained? You're Not Alone.

Depression doesn’t always look like sadness. Sometimes it’s a quiet heaviness, a constant fatigue, or a sense that nothing really matters anymore. You may feel disconnected from yourself, your relationships, or the things you used to enjoy—and even small tasks can feel overwhelming. If this sounds familiar, you’re not broken. And you don’t have to go through it alone.

Anxiety Doesn’t Have to Control Your Life

Our Approach to Treating Depression Depression affects people in different ways, and our therapy is always tailored to your unique needs and strengths. We draw from evidence-based approaches to support your healing, including:

Our Approach to Treating Depression

Depression doesn’t show up the same way for everyone—so we don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you’re feeling weighed down by persistent sadness, emotionally numb, or completely burned out, we tailor therapy to meet you exactly where you are. Our therapists use a variety of evidence-based and integrative approaches to support your healing, including:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT helps you identify and shift negative thought patterns that can keep you stuck in cycles of self-criticism and hopelessness. We work with you to develop new, healthier ways of thinking that support emotional balance and self-compassion.

Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Practices

Depression often comes with a harsh inner critic. Mindfulness and self-compassion tools help you become more aware of your thoughts and feelings without judgment, building resilience and gently reconnecting you with your inner self.

Somatic and Trauma-Informed Therapy

Depression can live in the body as much as the mind. We use somatic approaches to help you safely explore where emotional pain is stored physically, especially if past trauma is contributing to your current symptoms. Our trauma-informed care ensures you feel safe, supported, and in control.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

When depression is linked to past experiences or unresolved trauma, EMDR can help the brain reprocess those memories in a way that reduces their emotional intensity. This can open the door to healing that talk therapy alone may not reach.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (when indicated)

For clients who have not found relief through traditional therapy or medication, Ketamine-Assisted Therapy may be an option. In a safe, structured environment, ketamine can help you access deeper emotional material and interrupt entrenched patterns of hopelessness—with integration sessions to support lasting change.
