Life can be challenging—even when everything looks fine on the outside. Maybe you’re feeling anxious, sad, or disconnected. Maybe you’re navigating a big life transition, carrying the weight of old wounds, or just trying to find your way forward.
Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to go through it alone.
No two people are the same—and therapy shouldn’t be either. We take time to get to know you, your goals, and your strengths. Whether you’re dealing with stress, depression, trauma, or uncertainty, we meet you where you are.
We use a blend of approaches depending on your needs, including:

to reshape unhelpful thoughts and build effective coping strategies

to help you become more present and gentle with yourself

to process the past at a pace that feels safe and empowering

to help you gradually face fears and reduce compulsive behaviors in a safe, structured way

to support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and healthier relationship skills

available when appropriate for treatment-resistant symptoms
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many of our clients come to us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge or just trying to feel more like yourself again, therapy offers a space for clarity, healing, and growth.
Here are some of the most common reasons adults seek support:
Therapy is a collaborative process. You set the pace—we listen, support, and guide. Over time, you may notice yourself becoming more resilient, more self-aware, and better able to handle life’s ups and downs.
We’re not here to tell you who to be—we’re here to help you become more of who you already are.
At Clinic for Healing and Change, we offer therapy for adults who want more than just a quick fix. You want to understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with your values, and create lasting change. Our therapists provide a safe, supportive space where you can speak freely, explore your story, and build a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

A powerful, guided approach for those struggling with depression, anxiety, or trauma when traditional therapy alone isn’t enough. We combine safe, low-dose ketamine treatment with skilled therapeutic support to promote deep insight and lasting change.

Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, or just feeling stuck, our one-on-one therapy helps you reconnect with your values, explore your experiences, and create meaningful, sustainable growth.

We help couples improve communication, navigate conflict, and rebuild emotional connection. Therapy provides a supportive space for each partner to feel heard and grow—together and individually.

Our family therapy sessions support healthier communication, deeper understanding, and stronger relationships. We work with the whole family to resolve conflict, manage transitions, and build lasting connection.

Individual therapy is a one-on-one, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with a trained therapist. It’s a collaborative process aimed at helping you gain insight, develop coping skills, and make meaningful changes in your life.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, sad, or just need support navigating a difficult time, therapy can help. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit—therapy is also a space for personal growth, self-discovery, and learning new ways to handle life’s challenges.

Yes. Your privacy is very important. What you share in therapy stays between us, with a few legal exceptions related to safety—such as if someone is at risk of harm. I’ll go over all of this in detail before we begin.
The first session is about getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you in, your goals for therapy, and any questions or concerns you have. It’s also a chance for you to see if your therapist feels like the right fit for you.
